Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training.


 Although SAQ is used on all clients to some extent, it is especially important for all types of athletes.


 Human movement occurs in all planes of motion at varying speeds and demands that we react to multiple stimuli. The ability to change speed and direction of movement and appropriately react to all given stimuli is often the difference between injury and safety, or even success. It is my job to decide which drills will most benefit you depending on what sport or recreation you are playing.
